Meet Elizabeth
With more than 20 years as a licensed cosmetologist and five years as a cosmetology educator, Elizabeth Villanti brings both industry expertise and real classroom experience to every consulting project. After successfully developing, launching, and teaching within a public-school cosmetology program, Elizabeth understands what it takes to build a program that works—not just on paper, but in the classroom. She has firsthand experience navigating State Board requirements, curriculum alignment, facility planning, instructor support, and day-to-day program implementation. Today, Elizabeth partners with school districts, colleges, career training programs, and beauty schools to create cosmetology programs that are compliant, sustainable, and built for long-term success.

Provided comprehensive State Board licensing support and curriculum planning to ensure a smooth and compliant opening of the district's first high school cosmetology program.
