My Story
With more than 20 years as a licensed cosmetologist and five years as a cosmetology educator, Elizabeth Villanti has experienced every stage of building successful cosmetology programs—from the salon floor to the classroom and beyond.
She didn't simply teach within a cosmetology program—she helped build one. That experience gave her firsthand knowledge of curriculum development, State Board licensing, facility planning, inspections, instructor support, and the day-to-day realities of launching a successful program.
Today, Elizabeth partners with schools across the country to create cosmetology programs that are compliant, sustainable, and built around each institution's goals.
My Philosophy
Every school is different. That's why Villanti Consulting does not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions.
Every recommendation is tailored to the school's state licensing requirements, selected curriculum provider, students, facilities, and long-term vision.
The goal isn't simply earning State Board approval—it's helping schools build cosmetology programs that continue to thrive for years to come.
Beyond Consulting
Outside of consulting, Elizabeth is a proud wife, mother, and passionate advocate for Career Technical Education. She believes every student deserves access to hands-on learning that builds confidence, develops real-world skills, and creates meaningful career opportunities.
That belief is the foundation of Villanti Consulting. Every program she helps build is created with one goal in mind: giving students the opportunity to succeed while supporting the educators and communities who invest in them.
